STAMFORD, CT, December 2, 2025 – First County Advisors, the Wealth Management division of First County Bank, announces the addition of Jaron Swartz as Vice President, Wealth Advisor.
Mr. Swartz brings almost 15 years of proven success in financial services, developed through progressive roles at respected national and global financial institutions. His expertise spans financial planning, investment strategy, trust and estate planning, and business succession solutions. In his role as Wealth Advisor, Jaron will collaborate with business owners, senior executives, private equity professionals, and hedge fund principals to evaluate and address their comprehensive financial needs.
Prior to his role with First County Advisors, Jaron served as Senior Vice President, Medical Wealth Advisor at Truist Bank, where he was instrumental in the strategic expansion of its Medical Specialty Group. His background also includes significant experience at Bank of America’s Global Commercial Bank, where he managed large relationships with healthcare, not-for-profit, and higher education institutions. Jaron also served as a Private Client Manager at Bank of America Private Bank, creating tailored solutions for sophisticated clients while optimizing their investment outcomes. Mr. Swartz’s career started at Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he developed his passion for producing solid financial plans that aligned with the personal goals of his clients.

Jaron holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Rollins College and an MBA from Temple University – Fox School of Business. He serves on the New York chapter of the Anti-Defamation League, volunteers with the UJA-Federation of New York, and is a member of the Healthcare Management Association and American College of Healthcare Executives. Jaron resides in Mamaroneck, NY, with his family.
