STAMFORD, CT, May 6, 2026 – First County Advisors, the Wealth Management Division of First County Bank, announces the addition of Andrew Pandolfo as Vice President, Wealth Advisor, further expanding the firm’s capabilities in comprehensive financial planning and personalized client advisory services. First County Advisors combines a planning-led, boutique approach with the resources and stability of a longstanding financial institution.
Mr. Pandolfo brings over a decade of financial services experience to the Bank, with a focus on comprehensive wealth planning and relationship-driven advisory. He has extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals, including professional athletes and their advisors, delivering tailored strategies designed to address complex financial needs. In his role as Wealth Advisor, Andrew will focus on developing long-term client relationships and providing thoughtful, planning-led guidance to individuals and multi-generational families.
Prior to joining First County Advisors, Andrew served as a Managing Partner and Financial Advisor at Sols Point Capital. His career also includes tenures at respected firms such as Raymond James and Legg Mason. He was recognized as one of AdvisorHub’s 100 Next Gen Advisors to Watch in 2024 and is a multi-year recipient of the Raymond James Achiever’s Club award, along with several MVP awards during his time at Legg Mason.
Andrew will report directly to Scott Kapusta, Senior Vice President, Chief Wealth Management Officer for First County Advisors.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Connecticut. He maintains his Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, along with an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation. A resident of Manhattan, where he lives with his family, Andrew is actively involved in his community, serving as a board member for two non-profit organizations, NAMI-NYC and More To Life.
