First County Bank is the Presenting Sponsor of the 2018 Norwalk Oyster Festival

Stamford, Conn., September 6, 2018First County Bank is pleased to announce the sponsorship of the 41st Anniversary of the annual Norwalk Seaport Association’s Oyster Festival which will be open from Friday, September 7 to Sunday, September 9, at Veteran’s Park, adjacent to Norwalk Harbor on Seaview Avenue in Norwalk. The Bank has been a sponsor of the event since 2007.

First County Bank employees and senior management will be manning a tent at the entrance to the Oyster Festival. Attendees can stop by the tent to meet the team and pick up free giveaways.

The Oyster Festival offers three days of continuous family-friendly activities and entertainment. Entertainment headliners include: on Friday, September 7, Funky Dawgz with their R&B with brass sounds at 7 p.m. and headliner Deep Banana Blackout jazz-funk band at 9 p.m.; Steve Augeri, the former lead vocalist for Journey who will perform on Saturday, September 8 at 8 p.m.; Jimmy Kenny and the Pirate Beach Band, a Jimmy Buffet style tribute band on Sunday, September 9 at 4 p.m.
