Richard Muskus Jr.

Senior Vice President / Chief Lending Officer

Richard A. Muskus Jr. Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer, Director of Business Banking & Residential Lending, joined First County Bank in 2022. He will lead business development, loan production, portfolio management, and administration for the bank. As a member of the Senior Management Team, he contributes to the overall strategic plan of the bank.

Richard Zaremski is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Manager. He oversees commercial lending functions, including structuring commercial credits and developing solutions for new and existing commercial customers.

John "Jack" Dowling

Vice President

Jack Dowling is a Vice President, Commercial Banker. Dowling joined First County Bank in 2011 and implements business development initiatives to attract new customer relationships and to build current client relationships. In conjunction with the business banking retail divisions, he generates new commercial and retail lending and deposit accounts, and expands existing account relationships.

Robert O’Brien

Robert O’Brien is Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer and joined First County Bank in 2021. He develops new commercial relationships for the Bank by providing customized lending solutions. As a former business owner, Mark knows what businesses need from their bank to succeed.
