To have a Positive Pay system the following components are necessary:

    • Check Positive Pay: Efficient online monitoring tool for checks posting to your account
    • ACH Positive Pay: Management of ACH whitelist rules, with adjustable filters for ACH debit postings, and notification of exceptions
    • Account Reconciliation: Review all checks and all other transactions to your account, allowing for daily reconciliation of the account
