Tell us a little about yourself!
As a Fairfield County native, I was born and raised in Bridgeport and have lived in Fairfield for over 30 years. I have one son in high school who is very active in school and travel sports. I enjoy going on road trips and city adventures with him and watching his baseball and football games from the stands.
My son is a huge baseball fan, which has taken us to many different ballparks throughout the country, with our most recent one being Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Because life is so busy, when I have the opportunity to be a homebody, I fully take advantage of it where I read, catch up on my shows, cook, or spend time relaxing outside.
Do you have a secret talent, favorite hobby, or pastime?
When I have a weekend free from sports (which doesn’t happen too often), I like taking day trips to cities and quaint towns in neighboring states, exploring museums, and seeking out new places to eat and shop. I also love finding a local bookstore or library, as I love reading.
I’d like to think that my secret talents as a mom of a teenager, are being an avid finder of things that my son can’t locate, and being an on-demand snack provider. Although crucial tasks that help my son, these “secret talents” often go without the true praise they deserve.
What is your favorite part of your role with First County Bank?
My favorite part of my role as a Cash Management Sales Representative is connecting with my clients, and fostering relationships by really understanding their business, their goals, and the ways I can help support them and the needs of their business along the way. I also enjoy my daily branch visits and developing relationships with my in-branch colleagues. They are often buzzing with energy and have direct access to our customers, which gives me useful information.
Do you have a favorite First County Bank moment? This can be any moment at the Bank that has made an impact on your life.
As I am fairly new to First County Bank and the Cash Management Department I would say that my favorite moment so far was feeling welcomed and included as part of the team immediately, during my first few days as a new employee.
I know those feelings of “being welcomed” transfer to our customers. I have seen how my Cash Management team and branch associates form special bonds with our customers and work hard at making them feel welcomed and valued.
What can your clients come to you for?
My clients can come to me when they are looking for solutions to help optimize banking operations and cash flow for their business. I am their resource with ways they can manage their business transactions, protect against fraud, safeguard large cash balances, and more. Supporting the ever-changing banking needs of my business clients is what I am here for.
