Official Sweepstakes Rules

These Official Rules govern the First County Bank Open a Checking Account Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is intended to comply with applicable federal law and Connecticut law, including the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”). Connecticut law prohibits deceptive or misleading sweepstakes promotions and requires clear disclosures regarding eligibility, prizes, odds, and free methods of entry.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by First County Bank (“Sponsor” or “Bank”).

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 16, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to entrants who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same households of each are not eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries by the same individual may result in disqualification.

4. How to Enter

A. Checking Account Entry Method

Eligible individuals who open a qualifying consumer checking account with Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Account must be opened in accordance with Sponsor’s standard account opening procedures, approvals, and identification requirements.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

To enter without opening a checking account, eligible individuals may hand-print their name, address, and contact information on a standard index card. Mail the card during the Sweepstakes Period to:

Free entries submitted via mail will receive the same odds of winning as entries received through the checking account entry method.

No purchase, payment, or banking relationship is required to enter through the AMOE.

Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries are void.

5. Prizes

One (1) participant will be selected for each participating Sponsor branch location. Each selected participant will receive one (1) YETI Roadie® 24 Cooler.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: approximately $325.00.

Total number of prizes available will equal the number of participating branch locations.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the selected participant. YETI is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this Sweepstakes.

6. Selected Participant and Odds

On or about August 26, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

One participant will be selected for each participating branch location.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable branch drawing.

7. Selected Participant Notification

Selected participant will be notified by telephone, email, and/or mail using the contact information associated with the entry.

Selected participant must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification attempt. If a selected participant cannot be contacted, fails to respond timely, is deemed ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify the selected participant and select an alternate participant in a random drawing.

Sponsor may require selected participant to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and/or any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor before prize fulfillment.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes selected participant’s consent for Sponsor to use the selected participant’s name, likeness, city/state, photograph, and statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or undelivered entries or communications.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies from and against any claims made by the selected participant, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this contest as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person, including death, or property of any kind resulting in whole or in
